What is eWebOQ^®?

eWebOQ^® is a product of OQ Partners, a partnership formed between a unit of CenterPoint Energy Pipeline Services and OverNite Software, inc.  eWebOQ^® is designed to address the particular training needs of the Energy Industry.

Who needs eWebOQ^® training?

eWebOQ^® specifically targets the training needed to fulfill the requirements of the Department of Transportation Operator Qualification Rule. The DOT Operator Qualification Rule requires pipeline operators to develop and maintain a written qualification program for individuals performing covered tasks on pipeline facilities. The DOT also requires that pipeline operators qualify their work force on covered tasks.
