Answer: OverNite Software, inc. has been specializing in computer-based performance systems since 1986. When OSI was formed, the goal was to build a premier course development company. Over the years, OSI has created an extensive library of off-the-shelf and custom courses in a variety of formats. Additionally OSI developed ExxTend Learning LMS for creation and management of web-based and classroom training.
