This includes training administrators, assisting with implementation ideas, working with you to help integrate our training software to fit your current training objectives as well as any technical issues you may experience while working with our software.
OSI offers instructor-led training courses at our Angleton,Texasoffice for administrators before or after setup or installation. We recommend that company administrators attend our 2-day class that covers all aspects of the system and specific decision points to be made prior to roll-out. Trainers and supervisors can also benefit from courses we offer online or from our home office to assist in the process of implementing our system.
Our Technical Staff also now offers customized live webinar training. During this training our instructors will cover every aspect of the ExxTend Learning system in detail and will answer any questions you may have. This latest training breakthrough comes in 3 different time frames, with the ability to have multiple participants from multiple locations. The different levels are:
- One 4 hour session- Catered to smaller companies with a lower number of users, but still able to comprehensively cover EV5.
- Two 4 hour sessions- All of the training from above program with detailed instruction on advanced features and training events such as additional training events, roles, and jobs.
- Four 4 Hour sessions- All of the above training with an additional 8 hours of training that covers advanced Computer Based Training creation in detail using the integrated authoring tools that ExxTend Learning provides.
