Application Developer – Entry Level

As an Application Developer, you will:

  • Assist in developing software specifications
  • Collaborate with other application developers/co-workers throughout the product life cycle
  • Support front-end development
  • Listen and respond to Leadership’s needs and concerns, providing timely, accurate solutions

Requirements:

  • An aptitude for computer skills and knowledge
  • Minor experience with a scripting language, such as Perl or Python
  • Minor experience working with JavaScript
  • Some knowledge of SQL
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Detail oriented
  • Patient
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our customer’s happiness
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent

A few additional facts about this position:

  • This role will be primarily focused on Perl web application development and may also involve working with our Python developers.
  • This is an in-house position. Remote work is not an option. 
  • Our offices are located in Angleton, Texas, about 30 miles south of Houston.
