Creating an Alcohol- and Drug-Free Workplace is focused on supervisors and management, and explains the benefits of an alcohol/drug-free workplace, the different types of drugs employees can abuse, how to recognize the signs of possible substance abuse, how to create an alcohol- and drug-free workplace program, how to plan and conduct drug tests, and the process of intervention, rehabilitation, and disciplinary action. Time Management: Effective Prioritization covers the basic components of effective time management. The course lessons include setting goals using the SMART system, developing a task lists, task prioritization using the three basic prioritization methods (ABC Ranking, Pareto Principle, and Important-versus-urgent matrix), box and time mapping schedules, and the obstacles of time management.
