The primary role of a Python/Django Development Manager at OSI is to manage the development of software projects, from planning to execution to post-development maintenance. Additionally, this role must ensure deadlines are met and developers are trained/performing at desired levels while reporting progress on a regular basis to management.

Education, Certifications, Additional Skills
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field is required.
Experience using outsourced contributors is a plus, but not required.
Experience managing a development team is a plus, but not required.
